Nakamichi PA7 vs PA7II

Hello everyone, I need some advice from you.
I found two different versions of the Nakamichi PA7 and PA7 II. They would be designed to fly a pair of Infinity Kappa 8. Which would be the preferred one between the two? Do you have any advice? What should I pay attention to to verify that what I am buying is in good condition and that it is not necessary to proceed with an overhaul?
Thanks for all your help

Some owners of equipment will actually keep records of service upgrades/repair. An amplifier of this age may require a look at some of the electrolytic capacitors such as used in the power supply. IIRC, the PA7 is heavily biased (STASIS design) and runs very warm. The consequence of using such a bias results the components all being run towards their limits. Having owned the smaller PA-5, I remember that it performed just fine until it reached clipping, which occurred faster than I would have expected on the JBL speakers that it was pushing. The speaker sensitivity of the JBL 4343 model was at 94Db, and the power amp ran out of juice especially in the bass. It was rated at 100 WPC, only half of what the PA-7 is rated at.
