It is one of these units if you take a look at the Elektrotanya schematic: https://www.ing.iac.es//~eng/detectors/engineering/sdsu/data_sheets/odl50.pdf

It is the one marked ODL 50 T. It´s a complete unit with TTL input on pin3. So there is nothing to copy. You can use any transmitter with 850 nm wavelength

I have CTS ODL receiver in my DAC and want to install Agilent HFBR-1414T Fiber Optic Transmitter, but not sure what additional circuit need to be applied.

You have to look at page 18. It is all there. The schematic with both R and C values. If you have problems reading that drawing show it to someone that can.

This is an easy drawing. What transmitter model should I choose for 2m fiber cable ? HFBR -1414, 1412 or 2412 ?
