I am going to build two closed box subs with NHT1259s, one on each box, and I am thinking of powering them with Fosi ZA3 amplifier.

The Fosi ZA3 does ~180 watts peak at 4 ohms, probably not enough to drive the speakers to Xmax.
If you don't need the full potential of the speakers, it should work fine. Nice not having a fan making noise..
I'm happy with the lower power Fosi V3 for low volume sub applications, but used an amp with considerably more power for a sealed sub with 13mm Xmax.
