Solen has a NOS section and has Dynaudio woofers and tweeters listed, including a D28/2.

It seems like what you're looking for is the D28-AF (the pic you posted is blurry).

I have a pair in the US. They both measure 5.4 ohms.

You might be better served getting one of the Morel dome tweeters.
