I use cd player with 11.28Mhz clock and i2s bus and stilling that signal to my i2s audio alchemi dac. Will anothern cd player with i2s bus feed my i2s dac if cd player works on 16.93Mhz clock? Is 16.93Mhz sys clock out of range of i2s external components inputs if i still signal from cd decoder chip?
Well, this is masterclock frequency. 11.28 is 256Fs (Where FS = 44.1kHz), 16.93 - 384Fs.
Other I2S signals (BCK, WCK) should have same frequencies, assuming same oversampling rate.
