Where to post really depends which aspects of the design you are looking at. Speakers and enclosure design would normally go here:

The electronics and amplification could be either Solid State forum or Class D forums depending what you choose to use and the control electronics (Bluetooth/Wireless etc) might be best in Digital Source.
We can always move a thread as it develops.
