Dear All,
Can you share the cabin size and custom crossover details for the bookshelf with the following combination of tweeter (BC25TG15-08) and woofer (HDS -P830990 ) ?..
Attached datasheet of both drivers.
Please help me to find the best output.

Loudspeaker development is much more complex and includes more aspects than just driver selection.
You could however have a look at this project as reference, using the same woofer.
You could use the same enclosure.
Some crossover adaptation will be necessary for the tweeter change.

If you put together a first design (i.e. cabinet volume, baffle width and crossover) and post it here you are likely to get some useful suggestions about how to improve it. Asking for a loudspeaker design for a chosen pair of drivers is far too large and general a question to get particularly useful advice. It also isn't how well optimised speakers tend to be designed: the spec for the speaker tends to come first, a configuration and outline design to meet the spec put together on paper and iterated a bit and only then available drivers are looked at to see how well they fit. Of course not all projects are like that and plenty of speakers have been assembled from drivers that were on hand but these tend to result in OKish speakers rather than good speakers.
