I have a problem with my FifoPi Q3 Ultimate. i know it's an old version but that does not mather to me. The thing is when i connect the board every PSU that i connect gets's bloody hot, the reg and the rectifier bridge. And the wifi dongle will not start. And Ropieee wil not start also, no IP adress.
It looks looks like there is some kind of short inside the FiFoPi. And one of my RPI's looks dead because of it.
When i disconnect the FiFoPi and use the RPI alone, the dongle works again, IP and Ropieee are back and all works fine.
I think this is beyond repair, or not?

I don't any answer specific to your issue, but a possible alternative plug-and-play solution since the Q3 is no longer available for sale.
I have a casual use COVID Build Q3, but I am unsure of the hassle of International Shipping at this time. I just sold two Raspberry Pi 4 8GB this week, but it seems like you have multiple RPI's available.
I was happy with my Q3/ReclockPi/SinePi rig, but once I got a Q7 it just burned me out. I can't keep up so I'm offloading, then re-evaluating. It seems once I start putting together a project, something new comes along. Flavor of the Month (FOTM) product so I'm overwhelmed. Never went into Production use, just casual now and then use. For example, my Q7 has less than 10 hours. I cannot quantify Q3 hours.

That's very nice of you. But i have already placed a new order for a fifopima.
I agree, there are a lot of releases. I't seems that each release has a fix or small adition to it's forerunner and is not a compleet new design. But hey, the cash register must continue to ring.
