I have both the essentials and completion kits for the Iron Pre SE, just as they came from the store, complete with Cinemags, now going spare.
Looking for a UK sale preferably.
£200 plus postage at cost please.
Can add some pics tomorrow.
Cheers

I also have available a very solid half-width preamp case that would fit the Iron Pre. It’s currently set up as a passive with three inputs and one output, but has an IEC inlet from a previous incarnation so easily converted back to an active unit.
I would let this go for £75 plus postage (UK).

Thanks - Do you know if there has been any further indication about boards or kits available from the store? I don't seem to find the link about registering interest, etc

The Super Mega Deluxe (SMD) version will be in the store fairly soon. That's sooner than

Thanks for the update - very promising.
In the meantime, following the previously mentioned approach of using a B1 buffer with a Jensen transformer (spare for an F6 build) and adding another buffer after that for the awkward impedance load of the Ohman Xfeed network (optional) - this is for the 'front-end' to the Whammy headamp (curious to try the Xfeed with the Whammy)
I'm not sure if it's okay to connect another jfet buffer off the same shunt reg power supply rails on either sides of the Jensen transformer without running into problems - might need to add the similar power rail filters as per ZM's input buffer circuit ...
