I've bought a laptop cooler to use with a pair of Fosi class D monos without realising that it was USB powered. Is it possible to somehow convert this to an AC plug connection?
Why?
Just plug it into one of the laptop's USB ports with a nice, short cable.
Or get a simple AC->USB charging gizmo. Surely you got a cell phone charger laying around?

There are tons of wall warts with USB output. You likely have one already. Any charger with USB output, like the iPhone charger, will work.
CUI P/N: SWI5-5-E-I38 is an option. It's available at Mouser.

I want to use the laptop cooler with an amp in my music room where I do not use my mini PC.
tonyEE - yes I do of course have a mobile charger but it would be a hassle to have to keep moving it from downstairs to upstairs - buying another one is the answer.

(make sure to get the MK2 version when buying new)
i honestly only have the iPower X, but from noise figures the iPower 2 cant be far off and is probably the better deal
