This is a barely-used P6602 temperature probe that works with various Tek scopes (like my 2236A, and others with the necessary jacks), and various Tek DMMs. I've got one I've been using for more precise readings compared to my thermal camera.

How about $55 shipped CONUS, including PP fee?
