Hi everyone. Today im fixing a JL audio jx500/1d amp. Someone try to fix It before me so It comes with fqp12p20 mosfet at the PS, i think maybe need aot460 like others JL amps.
On the other side the 2 diodes AND the 2 output mosfets aré missing.
Anyone have the parts numbers? I need to buy all, the 4 PS mosfets, the 2 rectifiers AND the 2 output mosfets.

Hi! Today im doing some test in the amp. Mp18021 replaced, now i have pwm at the PS Gates. For test i put only 2 mosfets 55n06, one per bank.
Installed the rectifiers 16amp 200v, Power up the amp AND blown some resistors at the output AND the 1 ohm resistor betwen gnd and negative raíl.
I measure 105 vac at the input pads of the rectifiers.
What can cause the VAC to go very high?
The rails caps are 63v so im looking for 50 to 55 VAC at the toroidal output.

Forget It, bad rectifier, im testing with used parts. Now i get the correct voltaje at rails.

The amp is working, only bench test, i Will test in the car for full output. I put irf3205 at the PS, It Will be fine?
As long as all of the drive signals are good, it should be OK with the 3205s. They have very similar specs compared to the AOT460.
