I have a populated PCB which I have etched myself some 20-25years ago (painted with nail lacquer first then etched). Might be not what you are looking for...
If interested I will send you pics.
I use B1 for the last 15years.

Just do point to point, for circuit that simple.
I had balanced bride of son of zen once. Great pre. Feeding son of zen, drining lowthers. Good old times...
