Where to buy budget drivers in Germany?

I am doing a project of building a budget pa speaker, i dont know where i can get good budget drivers, amplifiers and at best even a dsp board so i can apply an eq to the speaker.
The budget is around 150€ for the drivers.

Have you tried Conrad? Also, Monacor is a good source. They have nice drivers for low budget applications. Visaton W series are great too.

For 150 you can't get drivers for a decent PA loudspeaker.
