Hi guys,
I would buy an ARC SP9 preamp and I found two, one an MK1 and the other an MK3, in good conditions. Price difference is 300 euro.
I know there have been some changes between versions (https://www.arcdb.ws/model/SP9). But really important for sonic performance?
What are your experiences and suggestions?

The consensus seems to be that the later releases sounded quite a bit better than the Mk. 1. Se the copious discussions and re-reviews at Stereophile: SP-9 review
I should stress that I never heard an SP-9 myself.
