If no one can answer definitively, remove and check the value of the corresponding capacitors on the other ICs.
Nothing was connected but I have a 10 ohm resistor out by the output and the fets are out for those channels. Didn’t know if that made a difference

One reason I'm curious is that the 20957 does not use pin 12. The 2092 has the same number of pins and uses a similar value capacitor between pins 10 and 12. Look up the file iraudamp9 - IRS2092S.pdf in the Semiconductor Datasheets folder and go to page 29. You'll see what I'm referring to.

Just above the Class D - Type 3 in the directory, there is a page named Switch-Mode Drivers - The Basics. Go to item 20 (Mystery ICs) on that page. Then follow the link to the Driver IC Characteristics page.
That capacitor should have a connection to two pins on that IC. Look up the page I previously recommended or the datasheet. You have both.
