Currently, one of my Exposure IV Duals is out of action, and awaiting components.
Thought that, given the age of the amps, I'd take the opprtunity to change out the original 10,000uf screw types on both of 'em.
Would something like this suffice ; https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/aluminium-capacitors/0189787
I'm drawn to the 10,000 hour lifetime spec....what else should be considered please??

Find some that match the originals specs, or a bit higher, to high stresses the rectifiers unnecessarily, if you want long life go for 105 degrees and perhaps higher operating voltage, if your originals are 63v go for higher if they fit.
New caps are often physically smaller than 20 year old spec equivalents.

Thanks....but still interested to know if the cap I linked to in #1 would be OK?
(I have access to these at a good price)
The originals are : 10,000uf, 63v and 85 degs
Hoping they'd be good enough for the next 40 years....?
Why would this be a bad selection?
Needless to say, I'm not confident in my ability to make this choice.

Kemet is a very good brand, I use them too, I wonder how much shelf life your linked ones have, I think they guarantee 10 years, and still within spec, others here probably know more.
i see a local decoupling c1 at the opamp, why not change that also, and i would change that old nasty trimmer too, a nice 20 turn bourns, and while youre at it, clean or replace the output relays, if it has tantalums, i would swap them .
Want Good ? get Elnas at a bit higher than 63 v and with a 105 C heat rating .
These Sound Good And are ..Durable.

When I click on the link in your post I get a capacitor that is no longer available.
The suggested replacement looks from RS quite good and Kemet are one of the better capacitor suppliers out there. Perhaps not boutique but they make excellent caps.
11khrs at 85°C is a good rating. As someone has said 105°C would probably last longer.
As long as they fit and aren't wedged up against some hot component in the application. I'd guess that they would be smaller than the originals.

I'm not familiar with the word boutique, does it mean something like overpriced equivalent?
Boutique was tongue in cheek reference to the industrial nature of Kemet as opposed to say Mundorf or Audio Note or some of the other non-industrial (dare I say boutique) manufacturer's.
In my real job (Avionics) we use Kemet products all the time.
In the stuff I build I never have used them but not for any reason other than a Panasonic or Nichicon part was more readily available. I am somewhat guilty of sprinkling boutique parts in like Rel-Caps or Multi-Caps etc. as well. 😀.

Ripple current rating... The better that is the cooler they will be under load and this also extends life.I'm drawn to the 10,000 hour lifetime spec....what else should be considered please??
When I posted the link in #1.....I ordered the remaining 4 caps that were in stock, and also back ordered another 4 that will be sent out in the next few weeks!
At £12 per piece, the price was good when compared to a Mouser UK and Farnell UK price of around £28 each
....a good buy I think! 🙂

Overspec'ing never hurts but is not strictly necessary.Currently, one of my Exposure IV Duals is out of action, and awaiting components.

In this case Kemet caps are very high quality, I bet they meet or surpass original specs, I would use them with eyes closed.

Clack! when hitting a metal deck; Clang! if a bell; Thud! if sand or grease in a can; Splash! if a pool/river/lake surface and Ouch! if they hit somebody. How does a psu capacitor sound?
Who says "all caps sound the same"?
Oh, I see, those boring Engineers again! 🙄
Most of the watts I hear comes from the main filter caps/unregulated supply and output transistors Ic.How does a psu capacitor sound?
So if the main caps are garbage then??? LOL
I have 2 of these....one is the older variation with protection relays.i see a local decoupling c1 at the opamp, why not change that also, and i would change that old nasty trimmer too, a nice 20 turn bourns, and while youre at it, clean or replace the output relays, if it has tantalums, i would swap them .
I already replaced IC's and mounted/floated relays vertically....apparently they were designed to work in that orientation.
Tants were removed as a matter of course!
Certainly behaved well for a couple of years now.
