They look like Styroflex caps. 40 ₽ is around 8 eur, per piece ?. At that price just get from Legit Sellers like Mouser, TME, etc.

Not really. It can be picked out, not everything is bad. But most is unfortunatelly.
There are plenty of local polystyrene capacitors in local circulation, mostly potted in dull green cases, though there are others in cylindrical metal cans. Buy local, if you can't get it globally..
Perhaps I will focus on NP0(C0G)🙂. I just wanted to hear feedback on this miracle.
The varieties you want are K71-5 and K71-7. These are locally available from Russian sources, many of them resident on Ebay.

I said not all is bad on aliexpress, but that most stuff is. There are reputable sellers there as well, unfortunatelly scammers are more numerous.
I recommend that as well, most of the time 🙂 Last purchase was lt3015pbf, was out of stock everywhere. Measures the same, weights the same, pretty much costs the same. But was a known seller. Also there are some cheap capacitors there that put more expensive known brand ones to shame (ka-pin).
China is on Holiday until 17th Feb, so getting a response will take time. I can put you in touch with a very good legit vendor. There are definitely genuine obsolete parts on there.
Those caps would be a nightmare to fake, pointless to do so really. They seem to have 4 or 5 stars in the feedback.
