Its probably a TTL 7404 series IC.
The F usually means a fast version.

The U means unbuffered. If it has that it was used for a reason and if replacing you want U version.

I have just checked the Marantz CD7 service manual and in the part list I found it. It was specified there as ‘’TC7SHU04F’’
I found it on internet now and i can buy it. Problem was solved.
