Well none of their 15VA series produce more than 12W, so I guess they are specifying the input VA? They only seem to do single output, i.e. the range is very limited. I found cheaper linear supplies on Mouser too, but I guess their USP is the low noise, i.e. avoiding the need for an external filter. I'm not quite sure what the "ultra low drop-out voltage" claim is about given its an integrated mains supply not just a linear regulator - I suppose it indicates good efficiency.
