Subwoofer FOMO, are these MB Quart HiFi worthy?

I am planning a build of a large 4 way speaker (3 way with built in sub....) And the biggest headache so far is the subwoofer section. I live in Thailand so besides locally produced pro drivers and car subs there isn't a lot on offer or it is way overpriced. Now I saw these automotive 12" drivers that look good to me. The measured specs are actually really close to the Dayton UM12-22. Slightly heavier cone, a little less xmax and a db less sensitive.

BUT NOW I HAVE FOMO because they are on sale for about 50usd each and I am planning to use 8 of them. I almost pulled the trigger and then noticed the spider looks like it doesn't have ventilation.... Is that cause for concern?

Any opinions on these drivers? Anyone who as experience with these?

Can anyone suggest a better option than 4 x mb quart pwm304 12" subwoofers in 300L sealed? Manufacturer suggested box would only be 140liters. (35liters for one driver x 4) Is that in order to fit it into a car or for best sound quality? In 300liters QTC is 0.79, in 140liters QTC is 0.96. Wouldn't the larger box sound better?
