The timing is done with a cap connected to the pin 5, 6, 7 of the LM393 adjacent to the 3525.

Befor I carry on with this mod I realized this amp has a problem.
If I simultaneously power this amp on and off it will start drawing excessive current causing half of the outputs to heat up.on the first power up it comes on and plays good audio.
I pull two out of the three high side FETs and the problem went away.With new FETs installed problem still there.Drive signal is not looking like what I usually see in these type of amp.

Q35 and Q36 on this amp (Q124 and Q125 on amps that use the alternate designations) very commonly fail. The board under those transistors often becomes conductive, as well.
