If this isn't your amp, return it to the owner and tell them that the manufacturer is defacing parts so it can't be repaired easily.

Are they shorted?

Notice that there is a small strand of wire on the edge connector.

IRS2093 driver IC?

One channel is shorted the driver is IRS2052M

The FET you posted is a possibility but a 150v FET seems a bit high for an amp that likely has a low rail voltage. What's the ± rail voltage in your amp?
