Hi friends.
I have a lonely Cerwin Vega ER124 middle tone 12 inch.
Someone used the membrane side to store some?!?
I will carefully and gently ( I believe its this way Hedgehogs have sex?)
..Use the boss'es cloth steamer to make it look conish again.

Q: with what should i treat this paper organ style middwoofy?
I imagine wood fibres of the paper pulp become looser after steam.

No additional treatment besides drying would be required, but as a general rule chitosan compositions can improve pulp properties. Latex or, better, vinylacetate copolimers coating improve damping and provides weather resistanse.

I'm assuming your trying to straighten out a warped or dented paper pulp cone?

Yes. I will put it in a top speaker that is missing its woofer. Strictly for song.
I wonder which treatment it will benefit from in such role as an unassisted speaker for vocals in my jam-corner of living room.
