I purchased some construction plans on Nov. 8th. I expected an e-mail with instructions on how to download the plans within 48 hours per the website. I didn't see anything after checking my e-mail including the junk folder. On Nov. 13th I sent them an e-mail at info@heissmann-acoustics.de with the Paypal transaction information. Still no response. So I'm wondering what's going on at Heissmann. Heismann did have an account here, but I think it's been deleted. The last activity was in 2021 and I get an error if I try to PM the account.

I disagree. The thread still provides useful information. There are a lot of lags in communication in many businesses these days that would have been abnormal in the past, and it's nice to know if waiting a few more days is a reasonable approach. It saves both sides of the transaction wasted e-mails, phone calls, worry, etc.
Heissmann Acoustics did not request that I post today. I forgot about this thread until I stumbled on it today. So that's on me. 🙁 I figured a late post was better than none at all.
If Heissmann Acoustics is reading this thread, you can hire someone on odesk for a few hundred dollars that could automate all of this for you.
If you're selling plans, it's not a heck of a lot of coding to set things up so that you don't have to manually provide the files.
Basically just generate a URL for the plans, that expires after a certain amount of time, the URL is automatically emailed to the customer, and the customer has a static amount of time to download the file.

I am sorry for the unconvinience happened due to the delayed delivery of the plans.
The shop system is providing the plans automatically, but there used to be some buggy behavior in some cases.
These problems should have been solved due to newly implemented software.
My communication could have been better in this case. I am sorry for that.
The telephone number shown in #4 is not actual any more. The new one is to be found on my homepage.

Does anyone have any contact with Heissmann Acoustics, a working phone number?

Did you consider others tweeters than the Seas you often use, like for instance some SBAcoustic and third party WG (augerpro here for instance) ?
Any thougth about oval WG ? Do you use always LR4 because the spacing between the tweeter and the mid ?
Really nice site. the sided recess of the front baffle on your floorstanders is just awsome as well as the littlier cabinets.
