Nope, I can only find some sales brocures. I cannot find ANY service related info what so ever! I have a mono transport. and I found a set of control electronics. but no record/play electronics. no rack panel to mount the transport controls etc. Should you find anything, please keep me in the loop and likewise i will post here if i find anything.
from everything i have read, they were not great decks. even RCA studios removed them and went with Ampex decks i have read. they must have been really bad for this little info to exist.
yeah it's hard to tell with so little info. stephen sank, a well-regarded tech, thinks that the rt21 is the "best 1/4 reel to reel ever made."
