I have an ADVANCE ACOUSTIC. MAA 406
The amplifier goes into protection after a few seconds.
After a few tries, it sometimes manages to stay on.
Can someone get me started?

Thats a chinese made amplifier, could be a bad cap on the protection board. If you get it to stay on, measure the DC offset on the output terminals.
I measure 0.09 VDC on both outputs

My bet is that there is a coupling capacitor leaky on the board that does DC output protection. Pictures ive seen of the amp is that their pcbs are stuffed with Chinesium capacitors. And this unit is from the years that China made bad caps
