just guessing but 604 open baffle could crossover around 80Hz or so (to be determined by listening to various music genre and favorite recordings) to the closed box sub. Which 604 and which crossover for the 604's woofer and compression driver ? An overlap of your sub to 150Hz might work.

Even with a 1.0 m^2 baffle setting on and perpendicular to, the floor (2pi space) with a 4th order XO, power handling will be quite low @ 150 Hz.

I would like to use 20in x20in baffle with same size AE 2x 15 seal box per side due to room and match sub box .
