I want to make a small metal panel for a chassis top. This is perfect for Front Panel Express.
However, I live in Australia.
Is there a shop in Australia that provides similar services as Front Panel Express?
Update one week after..................
I was not specific enough in the original post given most of the replies.
I have also changed plans and found that Modushop, which caters to diyaudio folks, offers what I think I need at a reasonable price.
Front Panel Express was fine for what I originally wanted, but the shipping cost was 50% more than the cost of the panel.
I was just hoping more for a personal referral to an Australian shop, rather than how to find one.
Anyway, thanks for the replies.
Thanks

I don't know of any but there are plenty of sheet metal fabricators. You might find a suitable panel used for rack hardware at WES etc.
Yes, that is so. There is a sheet metal fabricator just a few blocks from my house that once made a box for me.I don't know of any but there are plenty of sheet metal fabricators. You might find a suitable panel used for rack hardware at WES etc.
But I want a thick, 3mm or so, aluminum panel with cutouts, engravings, and printing. Engravings, precise cutouts and printings are what FPE does and sheet metal benders don't necessarily do. FPE also does one off small jobs.
Okay, so the answer is not really.
However, some rather easy research has found that Modushop offers similar services as FPE, and for much less cost. And you can even use the FOE software for the .dxf files for what you want.
FPE apparently does not do much international work or else they would have a Fedex deal like Modushop and many other places, for reasonable international shipping.

Have you tried looking on gumtree or marketplace for people who advertise machining/cnc etc services - I see these types of ads whenever I browse through gumtree or marketplace.
The shipping cost is likely to be more than the job cost in international work.
Stick to a nearby city or region.
Unless it is something rare.

Trophy shops have had fancy CNC engravers for decades. They might be able to handle the engraving once you've cut the panel.

Update.....
For a different project, I bought a case from Modushop and had lots of customized work on the front and rear panels. I was able to use the FPE design software for the customizations. Communications with Gianluca was great. He was very patient with me.
And today I received the order and all was exactly as designed.
I cannot recommend Modushop highly enough. For one off projects this is the way to go!!!!
