it looks lik a folded voightpipe (like the frugalhorn) variation with an upfiring tweeter using an Mark Audio Alpair 10p driver and a Dayton AMT2 tweeter set topfiring with the black speaker cloth on top of the tweeter or so. The tweeter is added probally to have more topend as the 10P rolls of a bit early for many (the more vintage sound). But on the site of the manufacturer there is almost no info about this speaker.
I guess you're better of with a frugal horn, and if you want more topend, use the 10.3 variation in place of the 10p. It's proven design, this one is not and the lack of info is suspicious to me.

I read a review where they claim they use the smaller CHP-70 that drives.
