I have a pair of KEF 103/4 speakers. Did these speakers have an intact front grile cloth? I don't remember if they also were attached by circular magnets? How do I remove the bottom plastic wrap around with the KEF badge? Does it just snap off? I want to replace the U-shaped plastic wrap around with the original black grille cloth under the KEF bage on the right corner? Need help please.

They certainly had a grill cloth:
The horizontal plastic trim is shown more clearly in the cut-away image below, which may help you determine how best to detach the trim.

Looking at the attached images, my guess is that the grills simply clipped over the protruding baffle.

I might have the grilles. I did remember that they had circular magnets or just were held in place freely. I have done replaceing the grille cloths but this KEF speaker I don't recall if I have the grilles. My main concern is the bottom plastic wrap around as it was covered with grille cloth as well. I don't know if it just snaps off or if it is glued on? Thank you

I understand now - the horizontal plastic trim is covered in fabric - as can be seen in my 'Grill Off' image.
I doubt if anyone has tried to remove this trim as that appears not to be necessary as part of the loudspeaker disassembly process.

I needed to remove the grille cover to replace it and the horizontal plastic cloth had a tear in it. So, I removed the badge and now 1 speaker has no fabric over the plastic piece. It looks like it can pop off similar to removing interior trim from a car using plastic pry bars.

Looking at the cutaway image, the plastic trim appears to wrap around the protruding baffle so you may not be able to pry it out as you suggest.
Could the trim possibly be removed by pulling/pushing it downwards so that it slides off the bottom of the protruding baffle?
