Repair of Polk woofer

I know this may not be the right place but I had a cone suck in and get stuck and was wondering what the next step is there floor starting polks the bottom speaker is the one that's sucked in

Moved to multiway.

First question has to be why it got sucked in and the first thought is a DC offset problem with the amplifier.

Most likely the voice coil got stuck between the pole pieces. Causes: loose windings on the coil or a deformed former or even a magnet assembly that has dislocated due to mechanic impact.
