I'm trying to upgrade my marantz receiver (replacing regulators and some caps).
Found the schematic and values.
Marantz is using standard capacitors around their dac's. I'm reading a lot of suggestions around different en botique capacitors.
Are there different capacitor solutions/types regarding?

I wouldn't go down a boutique cap route tbh. The non electrolytic caps (so the 0.1uF's) will be 100% perfect. The electrolytics you are looking at and are currently fitted are quite probably just as good now as any new caps you might buy today. They are mainly for little more than decoupling only and pass no appreciable ripple current.
If you absolutely set on replacing the electrolytics then good quality commercial 105C low E.S.R. types are as good as it gets... but I would suggest you first pull a couple of the old ones and test them properly as I think you will find they are every bit as good as what you will replace them with.
