the following JBL drivers: 2450, 2450SL, 2451.

I believe, but am not sure, that the following drivers are also compatible: 375, 2440, 2441, 2445, 2446, 2447.

Any damage is fine, as long as the (plastic) mounting ring is intact (or can be easily repaired).

May I ask why, fabricate self made diaphragmas, or something else?

I have a pair of JBL2440 OEM diaphragms, one with minor damage. In good conscience I can't sell them, and would be happy to send them along for nothing if you cover postage for priority mail. You have to share the details of your adventures with us is my only condition. Contact me by PM if interested. (OP only)
