Can anyone identify the Noble (Taiwan) potentiometer shown? I find nothing on the web and messages to Noble have gone unanswered. A datasheet would be helpful if someone has an old catalog from late 90s to early 2000s. I am looking at Bourns now to see if something that's close will fit.

LS is .100" and square body is just over 11mm each side (not counting pc pins area). Shaft dia is a smidgen under .25", more like 6mm.
You should be able to find that form factor pot easily at most distributors.
Seems that it has a metric shaft, which is common now.
Any other requirements, is there plenty of space around the pot on the pcb?

It looks like a Bourns 51 series will work. Mouser carries the 5K linear taper but not the 10K audio taper. Digi-Key and Newark do not have the 10K audio either and it may be difficult to source that one.
Thank you for jumping in and helping!

You may want to check whether the pot is linear or log first.
Set it to exactly half rotation, then measure from the wiper to one end.
If the measured value is close to half of the total pot value, it's linear.
Also I would check the front-to-back distance from the pins to the mounting surface,
at the base of the bushing. Some pots may vary in this dimension.

All good points. I need one each of both audio and linear taper. I will check the dimensions you've mentioned.
Resurrecting this year old thread. I found no substitutes at all. No data sheets out there either.
I could use a couple each of Noble 5KB (linear) and 10KA (audio). Any suggestions?

Thanks for the suggestions but no luck on the Noble pots. I will send a photo of the part to the member with the huge stash of components to see if he has anything like it.
Gold mine electronics is in NV on.line none but maybe m qore in store..
Problem is many surplus stores have closed or greatly downsized dumping old stock.
Hopefully that diyer will have something
Another idea check check with local shops that service commercial hand held radios such as the ones police would use..the older ones used small pots like those.
I have some Motorola pots but they are alps.
Ideally go to local repair shops show them what u have see if they have anything that would work
