Realistically this is a multi-way speaker, but the full range afficianados live here, so... here we find ourselves 🙂 Has Wideband assisted Full Range been coined before?
Having built 7MS FH Mk3s, a CHR-120 big-vented box, a P11 boombox, a very capable ~19L 2-way, AND being a huge fan of the 'old school' multi-way large volume format, the LS120/4 lies centrally in my Venn diagram of speaker design love:

Would I be the first to build these? Dan at Darcher Audio here in Aus has both drivers in stock so I'm itching to tackle this one; any wisdom, tips or greivances about where this has been posted would be appreciated.
Of most interest is whether the XO was based on measurements or simulation - the former I am keen to do if not.
Also of interest: Scott, Dave, who penned this? The drawing is not attibuted.

The sketch is Scott’s, he is using bits from ny drawings.
First time i have seen this one, i suspect you could well be first in the world to do a build.
Scott has come up with a number of WAW that haven’t caught yet.

Amplification is a soft question mark currently. I do really like my Yamaha A-S301, but I am curious about where I could go next (without spending serious money!).
I would most likely finish the build and try them with the Yammy, then experiment with amps a bit later. The Schiit Rekkr has my attention but assembling a more exotic option does too…

A nice basic amplifier. I allways oved how they look. I expect exploring things like ACA or ACAmini might be on teh list of stuff to sample. Too bad teh amp doesn’t have pre outs (sadly missing from most decent integrated amps).
Rekkr seems to be an amplifier inspired by teh ACAmini (a lovely amplifier).
Scott has Nanoauarus which is upmarket, I have Tysen V2 which is intended to be low budget but really good. Woofers hard to get outside NA thou. Scott may have more unreleased. The simple 2way has been built, a precurser to Nanosaurus,
There is a whole lot of unexplored space with WAWs.
