Hi. I wanted to try my Ta2022 amplifier which i bought many years ago and did not try in the past( i heard tripath sounds good so i wanted to try it today) I connected to symmetrical 21v toroidal transformer ( it writes 24 0 24 ac ) Power led lights on but no sound coming from speaker. Bridge diode and Ta2022 chip also gets warm ( 21celcius and cooler 15celcius degree) I also have tpa3116 and it worked at first connection but this have no sound. What can be the problem ? I put my fingers on signal lines and still no sound. Is it in mute mode ?

It seems that you have connected AC from the transformer to the amp board when you need to connect DC. If the amp board requires a split rail supply like 24-0V-24 then you need to build a split rail DC supply. If you use a 24vac transformer you will end up with 33vdc which may be too much.
It is Ac input card and already have bridge diode on itselfIt seems that you have connected AC from the transformer to the amp board when you need to connect DC. Hi. Yes i measured it. My transformer is rated at 19v 0 19v ac and without load it is about 28volts on board capacitors.
Sorry, I can now see the bridge rectifier behind the AC input block😎It is Ac input card and already have bridge diode on itself

ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM RATINGS (Note 1) SYMBOL PARAMETER Value UNITS VPP, VNN Supply Voltage (VPP1, VPP2, VNN1, VNN2) +/- 40
The datasheet says that you need a split rail +/- supply for the 2022. The on-board bridge rectifier will not give you this,

On-board bridge rectifier will give +/- supply if the transformer has a central tap to connect to GND.The on-board bridge rectifier will not give you this,
