220V mains for 230V 25W tube amp?

I have a 25W dual-EL34 tube amp wired for 230V supply (from Finland IIRC.) I intend to use a converter with 110-120V input and 220V output. What is the likelihood of a negative effect on the amp's safety and/or audio performance with 10V-lower mains supply?

The inverter is rated 3000VA.

The impact of 10V less input mains on audio performance is most likely zero. Same for safety.
