I can't figure out the deal with this ps. The wave going into the drive transistors is clean the output is like this.

Do you have 12v on the collectors of the NPN driver transistors?

Yes I've managed to get a clean signal on 1 of the 4 sets of e/f pairs but the other 3 look the same. Idk what I did tho

If you have 12v on the NPN collector and have a 10v amplitude on the base, the emitter should follow (minus the Vbe drop). If this isn't happening, I'd think the transistor is either open or you have a bad connection on the transistor.
