Any 80V 4 Amp substitute pair in TO-126 package will do. They don't have to be matched since they are used in PSU regulator just the way they are mounted on the PCB board prevents from using other non pin equivalent substitutes.

When did BD139/140's become obsolete? I have quite a few but am in the UK, not sure if that's any use to you.
