Seems to lack safety features - any one of the ten output capacitors fails short and a headphone driver could become live at lethal DC voltage. Adding MOV or TVS across the outputs might be wise.

There are much simpler cheaper safer and more performant headphone amps...

If you do build it, use a sealed metal enclosure, and sub two series connected output capacitors
instead of the parallel caps, for safety. But there is way too much gain, and the 20R series
output resistor will degrade the sound.
