RM-9 Buzz

I fired up my RM-9 amp yesterday, I use it to occasionally benchmark my bespoke amps. Its about 33 years old, I get a light buzz out of my 96db speakers. I am guessing suspect is electrolytic PS caps. Am I on the right track or can it be something else?
