When I apply the remote the relay engages immediately. Would that be caused by a shorted capacitor or something?
Post a good quality photo of the component side of the entire main board and the component side of any driver boards if no one can help.
I don't have anything on that PS configuration. Compare the circuit they're using to the generic one used below to see if they're similar.
