The 3205s can be used for all of the PS FETs. They should be the same.
Sorry on the driver confusion (stupidity), Leg 1 goes to the square solder pad. The only thing that I know of where this doesn't apply is for the muting transistors.

I believe I may have a few of these amps in boxes I will open one up and add a pic to this thread
Oops sorry about the typo, I was actually breaking the amp in with audio and I noticed that when driving the amp up to about 20-30 amps of current draw that sub would start to clip or distort above that.
Was the signal clipped at the same level as the rail voltage?
