Technics ST-500 tuner- service manual

Hi all, i have a problem with my tuner, quarz lock and strength level led's not light. The rest is working, but no stereo broadcast can be selected(also no channel can be reached in auto tuning, only in manual). An service manual can be very useful if someone can share. Thanks a lot!
