Looking to start a 3 way build any experience or opinions if these drivers will complent each other ?

Initial thought would be how you are going to connect the two woofers. These are 4ohm speakers so will either need to be connected in series for passive (equivalent to an nominal 8 ohm load but with no increase in sensitivity) or if you are going for an active then you need an 8 channel system with 4 stereo power amps to drive them. The alternative is to us the 8ohm version and parallel them up to create a nominally 4 ohm woofer section but with increased sensitivity, this may be more taxing on the woofer amp section. If you go for 8 ohm and parallel them you may still need to pad down the mid and definitely the tweeter once you have taken care of baffle step loss on the woofers (not a big issue).
So the main questions are - Passive or active, how big a box and size/shape of box do you need depending on the woofer choice, whether they are series or parallel and close/PR/vented. Note for the 4 ohm version you will need around a 50 litre box closed and 100 litres ported for each woofer, for the 8 ohm version it is around 40 litre closed and 70 litres ported - this gives you an idea of overall size, these are going to be big speakers.
If this is your first build then the usual advice is to cut your teeth on an existing design (have a look at the Troels Gravesen Illuminator 4 as an example of using high end Scanspeak drivers) and start to learn from there. These are some pretty expensive drivers to start learning with.
Just a few thought to start things off.
