One of a kind TQWT

Hi ... this Voigt is going to be a <200hz sub.
Vas 107 l so box will be big at 3.8 cu ft. Length 72" should be sufficient. Fs 42hz, Qts 0.19.
Main concerns are port size and stuffing. I'm not looking for earthquake bass as apartment living is not good to rattle the neighbors.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Lord... thx will see if works.

Threw away the horn coax long ago. Replaced with phase plug. Specs says Sd 510, actual measured is 230 sq cm which is about 8.9" diameter eqIiv.

Hmm 8.9" = ~22.606 cm

22.606^2*4/pi = ~401.363 cm^2

Anyway, all else equal, halve the Sd = halve the Vas; also, T/S specs calc a 24.53 BL, yet BL specs = 21.17, ergo Qts increases to mid 0.20s, so ideally need to measure them.

For your 72" x ~107 L Voigt pipe and using worst case specs, HR sims 50.8 cm driver offset with 163.5 cm offset 201 cm^2 x 1.8 cm baffle thickness vent/72"/107 L/0.27 kg stuffing down to just above the vent = ~42 Hz/F6/2pi with ~42 Hz peaking corner loaded.

Pico..... actually, goal, due to apt living is a very clean 70 -75 db bass. This is really hard to accomplish (two years in the making) and I'm not willing to use EQ. The rest of system is all horns, making it even more difficult. Cones usually do a much better job at lower output.

I still don't understand...
Probably a roll suspension, as I've seen It used frequently in this application, which usually permits more come travel, although a metal cone performs .dot...,than a pleated cloth suspension.
The TQWT or whatever don't justify the presence of a 15" ex-coaxial driver in the subwoofer sub-forum.

Low Xmax pleated 12" coax minus the horn driver, so 25 W max per HR, so pretty lame nowadays unless for small, low power mandated apps such as this one.

Regardless, historically, 'sub' bass' was < 60 Hz, but nowadays THX's 80 -120 Hz is the de facto 'rule' whether we like it or not (I don't), so either way it technically qualifies.
