Does anyone know of a reliable source for Toshiba 2SJ313/2SK2013 FETs?
There are a number of listings on EBay, but I do not know if the parts are genuine.

i have some on my hand.i can send to you if you need.but this parts is second hand.not brand new
I'm looking also for a reliable source, best for two (matched) pairs ... would like change the FQPs in my XA25 Clown. ;-)
Without the second option a balanced BA-3 preamp can became quite expensive. Are you giving us false hope? 
Xen only can offer curve tracer matched devices with computerised, purpose built equipment under temperature controlled conditions.
We also match from a large pool of 500 to 1000 devices to guarantee tightest matching for Vgs and Yfs.
So it cannot possibly be the second option. I fear you will have to rely on the other suppliers if you want to look for bargains.

It is no use having best possible match just for the MOSFETs when the rest are not.
There is reference to a vendor above in post #2 who seems to have unlimited amount to offer.
So unless you are prepared to pay for a premium and get a complete Q set from us, why not just buy from him ?
And we're not set up to deal with individual request.
We only have specific offers in a GB, mostly for our own projects.
At most, we might offer a limited number of Q sets for e.g. BA3 in a GB when it becomes really desperate.
But we're not there yet.

I share your frustration. Boyz are greedy but common sense should be in order both in public spaces like this and private messages. It is entertainment afterall, right? 😉

my BA-3 preamp is in the build process, switch board ready, PSUs ready and working, case being drilled for led lights, volume pot etc, I am patiently waiting but have a question for you guys, I bought an extra BA-3 and a Sigma22 PSU board, should I want to put together another preamp in the future and stuff into it also a DAC, an SPDIF and USB input, does any have some recommendation at what to look for?
Second question, is it still possible to retrieve 2SJ313/2SK2013 original FETs somewhere?

Unfortunately one of the mosfets I got from the source you mention revealed being broken, my advise to check them out straight onto arrival
I have purchased 4 matched quads with good success from prakit. The shipping takes a while coming to US for the base shipping. If you can splurge a few bucks for faster shipping, it may be worth it.
