4558 as preamplifier (split supply)

Hello everyone!
I want to make a basic preamp for a low pass filter 300 Hz (5x stage [5x 10k ohm 5x 50 nF]).
So i made this PCB Design, no idea if it will perform well.
Any ideas to improve it?

2] 1k ohm
1] 22k ohm
2] Red caps = 100nF
