I have for sale about 75pcs of NOS TOS K389BL at $14 each. + shipping.

I randomly picked 3 PCs, measured Idss and Vp, the. calculated the Gm. The results are in line with the data sheet. This should verify they are genuine. Both JFETs are very well matched both Idss and Transconductance for all three sample.
